Great place for a first, second, and third date!: Quiet and candlelight. Soft music, great food, and really wonderful service. Lounge is a change of pace, karaoke and dancing, with some private booth areas up top. Great evening all around.

Last visit, they have new things on the menu, and smaller portions of my favorite, the Halibut Oscar. Really love this place!

If there is ever a special occasion, this is the place to go! Always wonderful! I love that it's quiet and the lighting is low. They change the table linens after each customer. They also serve a wonderful blackberry butter with the bread. Yummy!!!!! Wonderful service, also.

Romantic and friendly.: Woody's is a great place to go. They really make their guests feel welcome. The mood can be romantic or casual (I have requested a romantic setting several times and they came through with a nice, out-of-the-way semi-private table set with candlelight..they'll even order flowers for the table if you ask them!). The menu is a bit exotic with wild game offerings and the finest seafood. My personal favorite is the buffalo london broil which is tender and delicious. After dinner, you can relax in the lounge with drinks and enjoy an evening of karaoke. There's something for everybody.

If there's any con I can think of, it's make sure to bring your pocketbook. As with anything else, you get what you pay for. Not saying they're the most expensive restaurant in town.. just one of the best. You can pay more to eat at another popular white tablecloth restaurant on Industrial where the food and service is overrated...but that's another review.

    Bon appetit!
