The service is awful but the food is delicious! Different dishes come out at different times, so don't expect everyone at the table to receive their main course at the same time. Also the dishes are inconsistent. My favorite food there comes out with a load of pineapple one time then hardly any pineapple but too much shrimp the next. Other than those things, I would recommend Planet Thai (if you aren't on a tight schedule) as one of the best places to eat in Natchez.
"This restaurant was a fantastic experience! I have never had Thai or Vietnamese food before. Talk about delicious! What a pleasant dining experience. Loved the atmosphere and soothing music in the background. Thank you Planet Thailand for a wonderful experience in Natchez." - Sharon Smith
IF you have any experience with sushi you will not want to eat the sushi they serve. It seems like they don't take pride in what they are putting out there. Espescially there lunch buffet. All the food is over cooked and under heat lamps and the sushi they serve on the buffet has got to be the "stuff" left over from some horrible concoction they tried and failed at.
Natchez is only an hour and a half from baton rouge and you can get sushi there that is worth the drive just do you don't have to eat theirs. I've only tried a few of their other entrees and they all seem to be on the greasy side and usually don't have the items listed in the descriptions.
There service is awful and they can't keep a wait staff so you are constantly being served by an ill informed newbie server. There staff (other than the one waiter) all speaks horrible english and on more occasions than not you will have a to go order seriously screwed up because they have someone with little english speaking skills taking orders over the phone!!!!!
There are so many other places to eat in natchez, that unless you live here i wouldn't even bother with this place.. the only reason i would bother with it while living here is because it breaks up the monotony of eating barbecue and fried stuff.

Planet Thailand has the BEST sushi. I never had a bad experiense of any bad sushi from the buffett. This restaurant is a family owned business, so they alwasys make sure everything come out right from the kitchen. the staff are nice and friendly. some of them speak little english but they are sweet if you get to know them :) Try their sushi again, if you still not satisfy ask for manager, she will take care of the problem :D
