Sweetie Pie and I were looking for something new, yet not so fried. Fresh Market is highly recommended. Staff is extremely friendly, not to mention outstanding food quality. Honestly, it's as if you cooked it (seasoned just right, for all those southerns). Ordered a substantial amount and it was reasonably priced as well. There was hardly any wait time, which is a plus for our busy schedules. It was so good, that out of a full week we ordered out probably about 3 or 4 times. Really helps if you hadn't gone grocery shopping in a while too :)

I'd highly recommend this restaurant!!: If you're looking for some good ol' soul food without all the fat and grease, this is your place. All the food is prepared with chicken stocks instead of fat, so you get all the taste and none of the guilt. They have comfort foods like mac & cheese and mashed potatoes and familiar favorites like fried catfish and chicken & dumplin's. Their desserts are homemade and taste just like grandma's. You can't go wrong with anything you order!!
