About:Owned and operated by the Pilgrimage Garden Club, this restaurant specializes in Southern plantation cooking with items on the menu including fried chicken (the best you'll ever have!), baked ham, seafood dishes, homemade desserts, and salads. In the King's Lounge you can enjoy one of their famous Mint Juleps. They are open for lunch daily and are only open for dinner during Pilgrimage.

    There is a new chef, and he has changed up the menu. It is fabulous! You really must give it a try.

    Lovely setting. Food was aweful. We had Fried Chicken that was okay, instant rice and mashed potatoes, canned corn and canned lima beans mixed together(aweful). No sweet tea. From a true southerner this place has a along way from true southern cooking. The decor and dining are are very dated. I was really looking forward to eating there and was just aweful.

    A must for a true southen experience: With scenes right out of the old south the Carriage House will make any day or date truly special, the staff is great and the food is wonderful. Try it, you won't be dissapointed. I promise
