About:	It is a bit hard to say whether this is a bar or a restaurant, but you will get plenty of food and drink here. Lively and always fun, the wait staff is engaging and quick to laugh. The entire menu is praiseworthy, but if you are not a fan of anchovies, let your waiter know early. Whatever may happen to strike your fancy, be sure to try the Ouzo (or something else from the full bar) and save just a little bit of room for the baklava, perhaps the richest and stickiest confection ever designed.

I admit I'm biased about Bill's. Dinner there has become a tradition with my son & my best friends. We like to bring out own wine & also our own *lite butter* because they only have the real thing on site. We are picky about fresh fish & it is always good at Bill's. You should go there & make sure you're hungry because they serve large portions of yummy food.

Who ever wrote the business review went to the wrong establishment. It is not a bar and in fact is BYOB. The atmosphere is very casual and the food is the best seafood in Jackson form the red fish to the shrimp & scallops.

It's NOT a bar. It IS however the best Greek food in Jackson. Bill is usually there at lunch, and is always quite the entertainer. The grilled red fish is must to feast on for lunch or dinner. The grilled shrimp are out of this world. Salads are equally as tempting. You know, everything on his menu is simply delicious! A must-go-to-place when dining in Jackson!
