We have lived in the community for about a year and a half and it's great. The rent is a little more expensive than most places but nearly all the lots are spacious and shaded. Well worth what you pay. The office staff and maintenance crew are so courteous helpful- anything that you need, they are more than willing to help. There is a community center which is inexpensive to rent out for things like your children's birthday party. A couple of times a year they have community yard sales which help you to get to know your neighbors. There are also several gatherings throughout the year like cookouts for the entire community. They also have a playground area and pool that are well-maintained. We have had some small issues with the mobile homes we've lived in, but any problems we come across are repaired ASAP. It's so reassuring. The biggest complaint is probably with the children in the neighborhood- a lot of them seem disrespectful and tend to run around on their own. Overall though we have loved our stay here, and it's shown to be a nice place in Ridgeland to live.

Well great for older people or people who do not want kids. You are not allowed to have swing sets trampolines or a space jump for your childs birthday. You have to replace your blinds the color they want you to have even if you own your home. Even if they tear up just a little you got replace it. But the teenagers are badily out of control. Speeding,smoking,and cusing. You can not have a yard sale in your yard you got to seat in front of the community for hours upons hours outside in the hot sun. oh yea you only get two a year. but besides that it is ok beautiful. Oh yea the lot rent goes up every other year. This is the stuff they DO NOT TELL YOU ABOUT. Beware if you have small children there childhood will be slowly taken away every year they come up with new rules. I can not wait to get out of here.
