    Misplaced clothes: Twice we got back suit coats that did not belong to us. Twice we took back the coats that belonged to somebody else. Twice we ended up with half a suit because this company refused to replace our lost coats. Not only did they refuse to replace our coats, they basically suggested that we were in some way responsible for their losing our coats. They said that they could not be held responsible, and that their story would hold up in court! (We never mentioned court. We just want our suit coats.)
