User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsFried Ice Cream: Fernando's, without a doubt, has the best friend ice cream on the planet! Not the best mexican food I've ever had, then again, not the worst either. But I'm not writing this review about the dinner food, I'm writing it about the Fried Ice Cream! I have tried Fried Ice Cream at numerous mexican restaurants and there isn't any comparison. I stop by there several times a week and grab one for take-out.
