    Top It Off has reliable products and booking operations. The items that were ordered were delivered - no question, no issues. I would have rated them higher but their delivery and pickup service is not reliable. That feature is a real pity for a party event service provider. Not only are they late arriving to the site (both at delivery and pickup) but they also did not call to inform us of delays. The front office has apparently been dealing with this deficiency for a long time - their seem beleagured and even a touch unconcerned by it. Highly recommend this part of the service improve; until then, recommend users factor in to planning that products will arrive outside of the quoted delivery period.
