User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsThe food is good. I usually like to go to Nagoya for the freshest and best tasting and Ichiban for the best value and it also tastes good. I've come here on occasion when I travel with my girlfriend to visit family in Rankin. It wouldn't be the first sushi restraunt I would visit in town, but you may wish to stop by- especially if you're sampling the local's sushi.

One of the consistently best sushi restaurants I've ever dined. Wonderful hibachi, but my favorite is the sushi. Out of this world.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsOsaka is more convenient for me since I live in Flowood so I decided to give it a try. I've usually gone to Nagoya or Little Tokoyo, both of which I love! I was pleased with the food and see no reason now to have to drive all the way to Jackson or Madison. They even sort of "made up" a dish to accommodate what I was asking for, since what I wanted wasn't officially on their menu. They have changed management or owners a couple of times since I've been coming here and the menu changes each time, so they wanted to accomodate me...
I have gone by for a late lunch or early dinner a couple of times and been disappointed because they didn't open back up from lunch until 5.
It's one of my favorite places to go if someone asks "Where do you want to go eat?"
