   In my opinion Weidmann's is now only a 2 or 3 star restaurant. I was there twice since the new owners redid it couple of years ago.
   I had to send the steak back twice and got no sympathy from the waiter nor manager. I don't care to ever go back. Give me the "old" Weidmann's back when Shorty McWilliams still ran it.
   It now has no character to it. Sorry guys. And smoking upstairs. Yucko!!!

   This is an icon of Meridian. Have had the pleasure of eating here many times when visiting the Queen City. Both the quality of the food and the service are impeccable. I have encouraged many to take the time to drive downtown to experience the BEST restaurant in Meridian.

   Fabulous!!: Great service on top a great wine selection and menu! Bar upstairs was great for our nightcap.
