User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsHorrible, horrible manager, Skany, dirty looking manager. Waitress was pleasent but needs to find a job where she is appreciated. Ordered two scrambled eggs with cheese, sausage and iced tea. Bill was $7.52.
Ridiculous. Food was okay, waitress okay, manager needs to bathe and find a nighttime job not dealing with the public-

They don't answer the phone! I called for 30 minutes to place a to-go order and no one answered. Horrible customer service!
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsMy husband and I and a couple of friends went to this location one night and did not have a good experience. We waited 15 minutes before ordering. No drinks got to the table for at least 25 minutes. Half the order came then mine, but it was not what I ordered...I never got half of it. Our friend got his order but the sandwich was missing the chicken, so he didn't touch any of his food because he was waiting on the chicken for his chicken sandwich...which never came. Horrible service, the cook obviously didn't care about her job.
To top it off, when my hubby went to pay with a credit card, they couldn't process it because the manager decided in the middle of rush hour to send a 32 page fax on the line that the credit card terminal uses.
I'm NEVER going back.
