User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis is the nastest resturant in hattiesburg. They could care less about cleanliness,being sanitary or customer service. And that's from management down to the lowest cook. I watched a cook take out the trash,come back in and start making orders. WITHOUT WASHING AND NO GLOVES. On this same night, i saw the manager open a new bag of fries, went to pour them in the drop pan, the pan fell over. She set the fries on a trash can corrected the pan and continued to pour the fries in the pan. If you dont believe the place is nasty. I challenge you to just go inside.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsTerrible service & food. I went through drive-thru for A burger, just one burger and it took 25 minutes. While I was waiting at the window, I could hear and see two ladies that work there yelling at the cook, repeating my order at least 5 times. I asked for my money back so that I could get back to work, because by then I was very late, and she refused! I expressed my disappointment with their service and told her I would never be back. I used to really like Hardee's food and service, but not at this location. Go to the one in Columbia if you need a Hardee burger that bad.
