Landmark Apartments

These apartments are absolutely AWFUL!!! They are soooooooooooo old. They need to be torn down and rebuilt. The air conditioning unit is so old that it keeps the unit from functioning the way it should; therefore, you have to keep your air on lowest setting and this makes your electric bills high. Also the carpet needs to be taken out. I can go on and on, but for what you pay and no washer and dryer- THIS IS THE MOST HORRIBLE APARTMENT THAT I HAVE LIVED IN. Please keep it moving because this is NOT where you want to stay.

AWFUL!!! these apartments are crappy. They are old and overpriced by atleast a hundred dollars a month for the quality. The appliances are from the 80's the walls, cabinets, well everything is white washed with kilz primer so everything feels chalky. There are layers upon layers of this paint on everything. You can hear everthing going on upstairs if you are on the ground floor, walking, running, water running, everything as if you were up there with them. The management does not care about YOU either. As usual with complex's they just want their money. The toilets dont flush, has been addressed with management and still not fixed takes several times to get everthing down even just #1 its a plumbing issue with the complex. hot water is good for one 15 minute shower. The "POOL" is over rated. Most complex's also give you the option to wash your car or have a spot where you can wash your vehicle, this is forbidden in this complex. its not gated and is directly accross from some lower income apartments and several places nearby have been robbed. trust me you can find somewhere else!!!! Cabinets are particle board and falling apart, the drawers have no knobs on them and fall out when you try to you the drawers because the tracks are falling apart. The shelves are falling apart. Pest control- they say they do pest control once a month but its an old man that comes in and looks around, I have been there twice when he has come to spray and all he had was a flash light, no spray, no preventitive measures, nothing, a joke.. Neighbors play their car music loud at midnight. No washer dryer hook ups. Its just plain trashy, if it was 300 or 400 a month would be worth it but not no 600 its just crazy. Have been living here for 5 months and cant wait to get out. Should have paid more attention when we walked through and looked at the place..
