I was referred to Champion Cleaners to try by local retail managers... because I needed someone to handle all of my pofessional salespeoples dry cleaning needs. I had an aweful experience. I was in the drive thru to drop off personal items and to ask questions..as I was trying to call corporate to get an account set up for my employees to be able to drop off their dry cleaning for the business to pick up the tab...for 3 whole minutes... I was then gestured over and over to move out the way by an employee...even though noone was behind me at all. The people were very very rude. I guess instead of waiting to see what I needed..it wasnt worth their time. I would not recommend using them to anyone. We are in a recession and business is slow everywhere...so we have to make an extra effort to satisfy and be nice to the customers.
