User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsMy family and I was just passing through when we ate here on Monday 08/10/2009. Our order took forever to get. I can't believe it was correct as most orders at fast food places aren't. Anyway, while we were there, the entire staff went outside to smoke, even the extremely preganant manager that was on duty. We sat there and watched them smoke and return behind the counter and not a single one of them washed their hands. The girl working the drive thru scratched her head with her bare fingers and began to prepare someone's fries, once again without washing her hands. This grossed us out. Other than these observations, can't say anything else bad about the place. But I won't go to this BK again. By the way, it is impossible to get a hold of someone to leave a comment either by phone or email.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe place is never clean. The staff go in and out the door to smoke. Service is always slow, unless you're ordering a drink.
