Wonderful Store, Great Folks!: I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at Majestic. They have always taken the time to help me get things right. In fact, many times they could have sold a product but instead told me things to try first. Not many folks would take care of you in that manner. They truly care about thier customers and it shows in thier prices and service.
great service?, maybe so...: Ive not had the chance to have all the great service everyone else talks about, everytime i go in they seem to much like radioshack, (wanting to find what you need and get you out) is there a store that dont rush you out? most of these place make money off of people who browse in there store, as for there prices on everything i would rather order what i need of the internet alot cheaper and fix the problem myself, but i guess for those who get confused at the site of the insides of a computer and you got money go ahead, im sure they can take care of you
Service that can't be beat!!!: I have done business with Majestic for two years now, and they can't be beat when it comes to products, prices, friendly service, and warranty. They stay pretty busy, so it took some time to get fixed, but they made absolutey sure my computer was fixed right, and that I was satisfied. How can you argue with that?!?!?! I am happy to know that they will take their time with my computer, and not rush through and put a "Quick Fix" on it, just to get my money!!! Another time, I took a "MAJOR BRAND" computer to them to fix, and even though it was not their machine, they sent the bad part off for me, to the original manufacturer, for a replacement. All I had to do was pay for the shipping!! After the "MAJOR BRAND" manufacturer finally warranted the part and sent a replacement back, Majestic put my machine back together, and made sure it was right!! I challenge anyone to go to one of the "BIG BOYS" and get that kind of service!
Majestic has EARNED a lifelong customer, and I will not hesitate to take my computer to them, where I can look someone in the eyes and tell them my problem, knowing that I will get quality service by friendly people.
