Warning! Do not spend your money here. You will surely live to regret it. The last reviewer said that they never forget you. Fact is they never forget your money not you. When you walk in the door they put on a smaile and act like your best friend but its all just that...an act. They act like sheep but bite like snakes. I just bought a set of window gutters for my new 09 Ford F-150 today(5/1/09). I paid 140.00 for them. When I got home I discovered that the angle on them was too shallow and that rain dripped right in the window which made them funtionally obsolete or dysfuntional. Since the owner Todd Roberts offered a lifetime warranty on products and labor I figured Id have no problem excahanging them out for another brand. Wrong! Todd Roberts, the owner told me he would not replace, exhange, nor refund them and told me to get lost. So much for his so called lifetime warranty. This guy totally lost it in the store and it was very embarassing to say the least. Then he said,quote,"obviously you dont know how things work around here". Well obviously I didnt know how things worked at Camper City or I never would have done business there! When I voiced my opinion about the situation he threatened to call the police and I said you dont have to, I will. The police came out there and said it was unfortunate but that it was a civil matter and Id have to take him to court. So now I have a defective product and I am out 140.00 and have to take a half day off work to take him to court to resolve this thing. Was it worth it? You tell me. I also discovered that if you do a little leg work and shopping you can find the same products he sells for a hec of a lot less money. We live and learn right? Hopefully you can go to school off of my experience and not have to learn the hard way at Camper City Gulfport.

*9/25/9 Update*...Did a credit card charge back on my purchase and won, however, Todd and Kim Roberts at Camper City Gulfport are "challenging" my favorable chargeback victory so the fiasco with this guy continues. Well see what happens. In his reply to my charge back he lied and told a lot of half truths. Youd think hed do the right thing and let it go but hes too arrogant. So this thing has gone on for 6 months and its not over yet. Was it worth it? Wow. I wish Id never darkened his doorstep but we live and learn. You, my friend can "go to school" off of my mistake and spend your time and money elswhere. This guy is hot tempered and arrogant.

Great people to deal with! Even when you don't see them for a while they remember you. I don't let anyone but them install "add-ons" to my truck.
