User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWatch your back Jack: This is one ford dealer that I would not trust to sell me a car ever again. Last fall I bought a 2005 Ford 259 diesel preowned with a lot of miles. The price was right and I was told nothing but good things about diesel engines. How they are just getting broken in at 100,000 miles. And the truth is, I have owned diesels, not Fords, and they do last forever if you maintain them. Problem was the engine in this truck was the infamous Ford 6.0L, which was introduced in 2003 and has been a dog ever since. 66,000 of them were recalled in 2003/2004. Since I purchased it I have had to replace 3 fuel injectors and the truck stopped running again yesterday. My problem with the dealer here is that a reputable dealer would have informed me of the history of the engine, its problems, and then let me decide whether or not I wanted to purchase it, at their price, or purchase another truck for more money.
