User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsThe food and service here sucks. As the hostess was seating us, I asked if we could sit at a booth. She walked over to one, put the menus down on the table, and walked away. I was with my family and the hostess didn't bother to ask if we needed a highchair - we got it for ourselves. When my husband went to sit down, the booth fell apart. We still sat there and started looking at our menus. I went to the bathroom and came back and no one had yet come for our drink order. When a waiter finally came (we had multiple waiters), I asked what their Chalupa was like. He couldn't explain it to me because he didn't speak enough English - no one there did. Long story short - it took about 30 minutes for us to get our food and we were lacking on the drink refills. The salsa is okay, unless you ask for a hotter salsa which taste of Tequila (yes, Tequila). I would give this place a rating of "awful" except that the tea and chile relleno were pretty good. They also give the military a 10% discount.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI've been there a million times, and I love it. I only order food with chicken, because I don't like ground beef at all but everything I've had there was delicious. The food is fast, the staff if friendly and the portions are more than worth the price. I'm on my way there right now, in fact.

Not so tasty: I had the los tres amigos favorita lunch special. It includes a burrito, enchilada, taco, and tostada (chalupa). The burritto and enchilada tasted exactly the same and was made with ground beef. I've never had an enchilada made with ground beef. The sauce tasted like mild Taco Bell sauce. The price was descent but the food wasn't. The help was nice, but the food has to do the talking. Avoid this restaurant unless you want a cheap taco bell knock off.

That is so true not to only mention lack of taste but I was dining there one day with family (some of which were from out of town might I add) and a lady at another table screamed when I turned to see what had happened I realized she was upset because a roach was running near her feet. If they are appearing in the front you can only imagine the part we can't see, no thanks!!
