Not under the so call 30 day warranty my husband had to make 2 trips from Louisiana, In which is a 2 hour drive to take it back to get a oil leak fixed. They Lie!! Like the other person said. They ask the customers to lie to get the quota that is needed for their company. They don't offer an extended warranty, because they don't have one. One weekend my husband was driving to work in my car the car killed in the middle of him driving and started to coast, he had to coast it off the road into a parking lot and every since that day the car hasn't worked at all. I haven't driven my car in a month. I had a mechanic look at it and found out its something wrong with the motor a DEFECT in the motor. He told me they would have to take the motor out to see what the problem is. I called them and spoke to someone there; he said we would have to pay a tow truck to bring it there NO COMPENSATION!!! Also pay to get it repaired as well. MY OPINION AVOIDS THIS PLACE!!! NOT EVEN A waist of gas to go there. NO customer service at all.
P.S. They don't even have a 150 cars to even sell in a month. Not many cars to choose from.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis place sucks. They lie about everything i purchased a car from them and not even a week later the car was stopping and i ended up coming out of my pocket for repairs. Please watch the contract and stay on top of the WHOLE deal with the finacing company because they will try to sneak things in on you. The quality of all the cars are questionable. Please find somewhere is to purchase your car, I WISH I WOULD HAVE EVERYDAY I GET IN MY EXPENSIVE LEMON.

Be aware! This company is not out to help people. They are shady, quote you one price, then next thing you know, they try to lie to the finacing company, saying the vehicle has WAY less miles, etc....Was buying vehicle, looked over contract, they put in extras that the vehicle did not have so they could make a sale, plus tacked on $3000.00 extra, which they tried to cover up with me. If you are looking for a great deal, at a good price and a vehicle you can depend on, call Open Road Auto sales in Summit. They are trustworthy, wont lie to you and they will help you! I should know, I just bought my 3rd car from them!
