This was by far the nicest hotel room Ive ever stayed in. Dont pay attention to the older reviews because they do have a pool and gift shop. They also have a restarant on the 8th floor, casinos on the second floor with a buffet (that Ill never eat at again). The room service was awesome though. I got a huge jacuzzi suite on the 9th floor and it never smelled like cigarettes in my room. The shower was nice after I figured out how to work it lol and there is a TV in the bathroom. The bed was comfy and the housekeeping was outstanding. I would stay here again.

I was upset at first because i reserved (2 mos ahead of time) a gulf view room with a balcony...i even called and confirmed that i would get that room. When i checked in and we went to our rm it was NOT a gulf view and didnt have a balcony...instead we opened the curtain to have the view of a big orange wall...and thats it...like 5 ft in front of us...we couldnt even see the sky. so we switched rms (they didnt have the type of rm i requested) and we settled for a pool view. but still paid for a gulf view. The room was nice, and the casino was good...no fridge though. Would stay there again but i would make sure they give me what i pay for!!! oh and the walk in shower flooded our bathroom and the tv in the bathroom was backwards....

We stayed here for one night. The staff we came in contact with were super nice, except one guy that freaked out on my kids becuase they stepped one step too far from the wall near the poker machines. The pool was great. The room was very nice. I wasnt expecting it to be so nice from the look of the outside but I was really impressed when I went into the room. The kids thought it was awesome to have a tv in the bathroom. Downside was no refridgerator in the room and only 1 elevator was working so it took forever to get to and from the room with 3 kids. Would definatly stay here again.
