you cannot trust these people even if you get it in writing I have never had the displeasure of dealing with such shady people in my life save yourself the time and effort go somewhere else you cant get a straight answer out of any of the sales people no one can give you the flippin price on ANYTHING or give you an answer about anything on the used lot I would absolutely pay more somewhere else than deal with these cretins

on 9/20/08 i bought my 4th ram 1500 from bayside dodge and will buy my next one from them.went in to get a used vehicle for work and left with a new one that was less than the used one.joe and chuck bent over backwards to get me the deal i wanted.(of course chuck always has)as long as they treat me as they treat me the way they have in the past i will go back to them.the work i have had done in the shop has been very good.i had a electrical box go out under the dash they said it would not be a safty issue but it did need to be replaced but it would take about a week to get it.they called my wife 3 days later and told her it was in.she could not get there first thing in the morning so when she showed up that after noon she said it sat there about as long as it took her to get out of the truck and it was brought in the shop.she was gone in about a hour.they are the best car dealer i have ever delt with.as long as they keep doing what they are doing i will be back

Please give me bad service: When my boyfriend and I went to buy his truck back in January the salesperson was pushy. We waited 2 1/2 hours for all of the paperwork to be done. When we sat down to talk prices the limit we told them was ignored and they said it would not work. They could have told us that while we sat there for hours waiting. Then we found out, after we bought it, the cosigner was not put as a cosigner but as the buyer and my boyfriend a secondary. The service department last month tried to charge $500.00 for a change of sparks plugs. I know a few people who do not like this dealership or have had problems with their service department. I recommend going somewhere else.
