Tato-Nut Donut Shop

We lived in Ocean Springs for 5 years. Tato-Nut was one of our favorite stops and we ALWAYS took visiting family there. The people are the friendliest around. I think some other comments on here may have been from people who are a little too sensitive. This isn't McDonalds, it's a family owned, non-franchise business.

Besides all of that, they have the best glazed I have ever tasted! If you prefer a local establishment with friendly people and outstanding food, try Tato-Nut.

We live 3 hours away now but visit whenever we make a trip to the coast.

Stopped by for a doughnut and their was a marginal line. After several minutes got inside and realized that the hold up was not from walk ins but from call in orders. When I asked the young lady for some doughnuts she gave me an odd look as if they were out of doughnuts. After she dissapeared from the counter I realized that they were busy filling to go orders, had the young lady came back and said that they were out I woulda never ever returned to Tato-nut. This establishment not only needs a lesson in logistics but needs to take care of their walk in customers first!

I went to Biloxi with my girlfriend to meet her family, and they took me to Tato Nuts! I love them forever. Great donuts, and great fun, even if we did have to stand in a line that went out the front door and down the block. Well worth the wait.
