User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsIf all JCPenney's operate like this one, I don't know how the corperation is still in business. For example, I have tried to call for over an hour and NO ONE will answer the phone. I let it ring until it quits and NOTHING/NO ONE!!! It IS business hours as a matter of fact it is now 1:14 on a Wednesday!!! I JUST DON'T GET IT!!!

Stopped in today to buy gifts.. Jewelry sale going on but the lady at the counter this morning had no idea where any advertised items were. I wanted a specific advertised bracelet/earring set but she was CLUELESS!! So I asked about another item. She told me just to look for it. Not a smart choice of staff for higher ticket items.
