    Great informal restaurant--went last February 2008 when visiting my Aunt...during the trip we went to many fancier restaurants, such as 32 and Hard Rock Cafe in Biloxi but Lil Ray's was by far the best--great service and food, definitely casual attire! I will insist on Lil Ray's when I visit her again in April 2009!
