User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI had a BAD EXPERIENCE with them. I've taken mowers to them twice. First visit wasn't too bad, took them a while to get it done though. Took them way too long to get my mower fixed the second time,when I was told it would be "a 2 day job". It took 6 weeks!! and they charged me twice as much this time than they did last time. Also, while I was in there looking at stuff to purchase on the sells floor, didnt get any service... None at all. They have lost my business.

I dropped off my riding mower for repair exactly a month ago, and as yet, they have failed to even begin working on it. I have called them several times and each time, they promise to call back, and they never do. Each time I have called, they ask for me to explain the problem with my mower, and for my phone numbers, even though I provided that information when I dropped off the mower. Tomorrow, I will stop by and insist that they deliver my mower to another repair shop that will actually fix my machine. Do not do business with these people, not only are they incompetent and disorganized, they are liars. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!! Jerry Richardson

They took way too long to get the job done... I will surely take the time to drive my machine somewhere else next time. Also, when I asked if it usually took that long to get things done, the owner's wife got a little snippy with me and was kinda rude.
