User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI give them a four star we have always got good food I know sometimes we make a mistake once in a great while so I can't knock them !
We ordered two footlong sub sandwhiches they didn't put lettuce on our sandwhiche's (we where in the drive through)they acted kind of strange about it at first but he gave us one free footlong! Another day I kind of got a little upset one guy that was working there was wearing gloves sweeping up the floor and didn't change his gloves and started making our sandwhiche's so to say I just walked out hope they are careful next time I do how ever recommend this subway! just hope there more careful next time!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis is by far the best Subway I've ever been to! The manager is always full of energy and super nice! Our sandwiches are always perfect, and never messy! The staff is excellent. You couldn't ask for better service and quality! They've definitely got our business!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWe go Often: This is a chain, so I'm sure you don't need me to tell you what they serve and so on, but I just wanted to mention that the manager/owner (I'm not sure if he owns or just manages) at the Radcliff location is great. He always greets me as if he knows me personally. He has a core of great staff that ALWAYS get my order right (sometimes they have a "newbie" in, but they either get trained well or I guess they don't cut it). The service is stellar!
