Simply put: incompetent: Time and time again, I give Kenny's Cleaners the benefit of the doubt and return. Time and time again, I am reminded just how incompetent they are. I have never had a suit pressed correctly and everytime I have had any tailoring done it has been poor at best. I shall never return.
