I have been nothing but impressed with Coon's! After an extremely bad experience with Bulldog Tattoo in Starkville and a navel piercing that was so deep from them it went through my muscle wall- I was left with a very ugly scar. The piercer at Coon's made me feel very relaxed and was extremely knowledgeable. She took her time and was not in a rush like the guy at Bulldog. It cost a little more at Coon's but I promise it's worth it! Saving ~15 bucks is NOT worth an ugly scar and being in pain for 7 months! Go to Coons!!!

I live in Miami, FL but stayed in Mississippi a couple of months for some flight training. Always wanted a tattoo but never really put too much thought in to it. After seeing some of the work Robbie did on my instructor I just could not resist. I sent Robbie an email with a general idea, pics and asked for his input. Shortly after, we spoke on the phone setup an appointment and he showed me the sketch. To say the least my jaw just dropped. No time wasted he prepped the area and began. I got it on my right leg and was expecting pure torture but it was not bad at all. On top of that Robbie has a great personality with some pretty cool stories and the time just flew. When all was said and done my jaw dropped again! I could not believe the amount of detail he put. Although this was my first tattoo I've been to several tattoo shops here in Miami and they do not compare to Coon Tattoo. I gave 5 stars for the quality, professionalism, cleanliness, and friendly atmosphere found at Coon Tattoo. When the money is right I might take a quick trip out there for Round 2!!!
