User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWe have used the Wash Depot for about 2-3 years to press my husband's shirts. The last time I had about 20 shirts on hangers for pressing only. They all came back with black grease marks in the same place on the shirt. I took them back in and waited for a call from the owner. When she called she told me my husband or I had put the marks on the shirt and they wouldn't do anything about it. When I explained exactly what I did(took in clean shirts, came back with marks) she accused me of lying, told me to pick up my shirts, cussed at me and hung up. Needless to say she didn't come out when I went to pick up the shirts.I now have over $700 worth of ruined shirts. Not my idea of good customer service or taking responsibility for what happens at your business.
