    Experience with phone handler:: Ms. Mildred Howard took my call today and was more than courteous and helpful. She assisted me in every way and was quite pleasant with a wonderful and lively attitude that is a real pleasure to run into today. She is to be commended by Bobbi Holsclaw ( my cousin ).
