WWE Wrestling 5.18.2009 I had over $200.00 invested in tickets for my son and me, when we arrived at the event the seating had been reconfigured and our seats, along with MANY others had been removed. The event started at 8:30 and at 8:47PM we were seated. Please note, we stood in line for quite some time waiting for the doors to open, we did not arrive late to find this mess; we were EARLY! While the new seats were better, I am not happy about having missed 17 minutes / 3 matches. Doesn't Freedom Hall do this for a living? How could they have possibly made such an error? BE AWARE THE TICKETS YOU BUY FOR AN EVENT AT FREEDOM HALL MAY NOT HAVE SEATS WHEN YOU GET THERE AND THERE IS APPARENTLY NO BACK-UP PLAN TO SEAT PEOPLE TIMELY!!!!!

This afternoon I took my 12 year-old son to see the NSRA Show. Previously I saw the Street Rods and really wanted to go. My wife said that if I left right away, I would still have 1.5 hrs. left before the show was scheduled to end.
So my son and I went to KFEC and stopped at the parking window. We explained that there was 1.5 hrs. left and inquired whether we could get a reduced rate. She said "Not on parking; you'll have to ask the car show people about that." Of course, when we got to "The Car Show People", they told us that since the proceeds go to a charity, they still must charge full price for the final 1.5 hrs. Instead of receiving a reduced rate, the charity received nothing, and when I asked for a parking fee refund, I was told I should have asked for a "drop off ticket". So I COMPLETELY WASTED $6.00 for NOT PARKING and saw NO CAR show of a show I have wanted to see for eleven years. Now I'm pretty certain I will never attend. I will do my level best not to patronize the KFEC. I think the "management", such a lack of one as there is, stinks and rots.

    Thanks a lot for NOTHING.

Louisville Basketball @ Freedom Hall: Enjoyed another game a Freedom Hall last weekend [11-19-2005]. Had a great time watching the C-A-R-D-S roll up Tennessee Martin.

The fans at Freedom Hall were great as always. I only wish it was updated a little more [concessions, bathrooms, sky boxes, etc.]
