    My favorite place to go for a chicken salad sandwich. the tomato soup is actualy pretty good too.

    Possibly the tastiest bakery in Louisville. Ermine's has been a staple in Old Louisville for years.

    Old Louisville's Best Kept Secret: I passed by Ermin's on my way downtown for years, but discovered it last year when a friend invited me to lunch in her neighborhood.

    I was floored by all the goodies Ermin's had to offer; from crab cakes to chicken wraps, pasta salads to twice-baked potatoes, turkey and dressing to spicy black bean enchilladas. Not to mention their fresh baked breads - try the tomato basil - their delicious soups and their absolutely sinful desserts and pastries.

    Next time you're in the area, stop by and enter the world of Ermin's. You won't be disappointed.
