The box office is located at the corner of 4th and Jefferson and the main entrance is located on 4th. Parking: Ample street and garage parking is available near the facility. Public Transportation: Taxi and Bus service is available to and from the Convention Center. Box Office Numbers: The Box Office can be contacted at: (502) 595-4368, or (502) 595-4381. Box Office Hours: The Box Office is open Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and closed on Saturday and Sunday unless there is an event. Types of Payment Accepted: The Box Office accepts Cash, Money Orders, Visa, and MasterCard for events at the Kentucky Fair and Exposition Center and Commonwealth Convention Center events only.Cash only for all other Ticketmaster events. (Sorry, no checks) Will Call: Will Call is available for pickup beginning two hours prior to showtime on the day of the event at the Box Office. Customers must present the actual credit card used for the order, a picture ID, and the confirmation number. Children Rules: Children under 2 years of age are admitted free if they sit on an adults lap.
