    the customer service crew was very friendly and helpful. they showed me around the grounds, assured me of the safety of my items, etc..
    they even honored the "free month of storage" when I mentioned I had found them on the internet, even though she did not know about the offer.
    the only problem is that the front gate was broken for a few days...they really should try to get something like that fixed in a timely manner.
