    My husband and I tried Fuji on a whim and boy were we impressed!!! The sushi bar was excellent and the prices were as well. We will go back time and time again!

    Out of all of the Japanese restaurants in Louisville, Fuji, is by far the best. The service is quick and friendly. The sushi is excellent! Make sure you try the Tiger Roll. I will be seeing them tomorrow!
