User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe website indicated that this store had pet rats and informative employees. I was very disappointed in the staff's knowledge and help. The first employee to help us seemed to be afraid of the rats and picked them up by their tails. The second wasn't afraid but handled them like they were feeder rats! I was only able to hold the rats down inside of a box where I couldn't really inspect them for abnormalties/illnesses. They even housed the males and females together?! I purchased two males for my daughter. The same day we came home I noticed one was sneezing... long story short... between vet bills and medicine, I spent almost $100. It was too late for one of the rats because he died of a respiratory infection that was left untreated for too long!!!! I'm hoping I can save our other one! VERY DISAPPOINTED in quality and service!

Speechless: I can't say enough about this store. If you have a question they always have someone there that can answer it! My son, 13 year old, likes going to it to just chat with the employees, they alway take their time to explain things. We have been going there for 2 years, and when we leave we can't wait to go back. He had lizards, turtles, fish, and a lab.
