Beware of this Oxmoor Toyota dealership, the salesman and the managers here are very deceiving. They used deceptive tricks on us and told us lies so that we will buy a $22,000 plus vehicle and then told us that there’s only one key to the vehicle. They told us that they will call us about the second key but never did. We called back and our calls keep being ignored. After many, many calls, we managed to get a hold of them and tell them that if they told us that there’s only one key to the vehicle in the first place, then we would not purchase the vehicle, or purchase it for a less price. And we told them if they're not going to give us the second key to the vehicle or reimburse us for the price of a key, then we were going to return the vehicle. By then, they told us to come and pick up a key that they can easily cut and program from their own dealership in just a few minutes. I just can’t believe that they willing to go that far and turned on their customer just to save a few bucks. It’s sad that they willing to take advantage of us when we are nice until we have to be mean. So sad =).
