The salesman that finally picked up the phone had no clue of his inventory and had no knowledge whatsover of his job. These people are idiots....I hung up the phone, they wasted my time!

I had a repair job done here, and when my car was in they told me it was in desperate need of routine maintenance items I had just done. They were particularly adamant that my transmission fluid was black and needed to be changed right away. It had just been changed a week prior. I refused the transmission fluid service and took it to the shop where I had it changed. They showed me the fluid from my transmission fluid dipstick and the fluid straight from a bottle, and it was an identical pale gold--not even remotely mistakable for black to anyone who actually looked. The mechanics at this dealership are liars and con artists.

Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership. My brother bought a Ford Explorer from here and before he got to work from the dealership (less than 30 minutes) the Explorer broke down. My brother called the dealership and they agreed that they would fix it for him. After several days the dealership still hadn't fixed his car. When he questioned them they said that they would fix it but for over 3,000 dollars. The criminals that run this business waited until his check cleared and then told him they wouldn't fix it. As far as I'm concered they are in the business of selling junk and not cars.

They tried to sell me a Lincoln Town Car for 20 grand that was advertised on their website for $15,600.
Internet departments and internet prices are separate from the retail part of the store. You should always ask for or contact any dealers internet department if you want to be quoted that price. Just like any major store. Retail and wholesale are different.
