User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI would not suggest ordering online from this company. I have had horrible customer service, even the managers don't return phone calls. I have been waiting a week for a credit & keep having to call & no one seems to know or care enough to handle it.Not to mention I originally placed a 2nd day air which never shipped & it took days to get a manager to call me back & let me know what was going on. I am a patient & kind customer, but their customer service is horrible.

Achieving my family goals in our project.: I went to the Pond Store and was so impressed with the knowledge that I recieved there. They were so professional and as nice as they could be.
The Pond Store really helped us reach our goals, and we are picky. I would recommend them to anyone!
