I would like to start by saying that I am disappointed in this company salesman Billy Bollinger. He sold us a box of pork chops for a lot higher price then what he had told us in the beginning. And I know we are not going to eat all of that. I repeated to tell him that I do not want it and he should take it back. Then he said that he would refund my money on my card. He has lied over and over again. I cant tell you how much I dont like to be lied to. He said he'll credited 50 dollars on the card. I know he didnt do it. I do not want him to come back to my house again. I told him that we cant afford it and he was very persistant on not stopping his order when we had told him no. We have to live the rest of the month without food!!. We are on a limited income. That is not right what he did. I'm really hurt for him to con us like he did and lie. He said that the box he sold us would be $129.00 but he charged us $179.00 then he said that he would credited $50.00 on the card and he didn't even call to set that up. I'm very angry. NEVER AGAIN will I allow him in my home. I want a full refund on my card of the $179.00 he had charged us and he can take back his pork chops, no one going to eat them. If this company wants business then you should get honest people out there working for you!

first off i start by saying that my family and i were told by this company that if we purchased $200 worth of meat we would recieve a free brand new deep freezer. i have now purchased over $700 still yet to see almost $400 in meat that i paid for and never recieved. i have a family of 5 with a very tight bugdet (less than $500 a mo. to pay bills and groceries). i have went to the extent of changing appts to be home when the guy i purchased this order from scheduled to be here. not to mention that this man welcomed himself into my home when my 5 yr old boy with a 2 yr old mentallity level answered the door to an unexpected visit from him, and walked into my bedroom to wake me by telling me that he was using my restroom. i felt that i could trust the guy but not enough to allow him into my home at his convenience and while i was asleep (he woke my son knockin on the door). i have attempted to call him to find out where he was with my food and freezer, and also a dishwasher that he found for me for free. he wont answer his phone for me anymore and in fact when i call his phone it rings once or twice and goes to voicemail as if he is hitting the ignore button. dont get me wrong the meat that we have tried so far aint that bad, however we can go to walmart to get the same quality food and a heck of a lot better service. i would highly recommend everyone to chose a different company all together. i know that i will NEVER EVER do business with this company again!!!

I normally purchase meat through another provider but thought I would give this BlueGrass meat company a chance. With their 100% guarantee that if for any reason I am unsatisfied they will promptly exchange or replace the product. what could it hurt. I tried it and the steak was great but all the chicken tasted like hot dogs a very processed flavor, look and texture. I have been calling the provider for over a month to exchange. So far I have been stood up three times, given excuses twice and now she doesnt even return my calls. I regret ever trying it out as I now have three boxes of hot dog chicken in the freezer and not one person in the house who likes hotdogs. I give it two stars for the steak only. Chicken and service are only reasons to never buy from this company again.
