that I will only rate them 3 stars

I so agree on the problem with them taking the phone off the hook. If they get so overwhelmed couldn't they at least get an answering machine to pickup and explain that they are sorry they are not taking orders right now due to high volume and the innability to deliver high quality food due to this, And thank us loyal customers for our continued support?
I really do love the food!!!

I also am dis-appointed over calling and the line being busy. I believe it would be a lot easier if they would just hire some extra workers. I have been a customer for many years and some times after a long day at work I would like to call in a order at one of my favorite restaurants and have my food delivered to my house. But I cant reach them because they wont answer the phone. This is so un-friendly to me and a lot more customers. If you want to continue to have customers you will listen to the reviews not all are bad but you need to listen to what your customers are saying. Or finally you wont have any customers to complain. Your food is great. I will give you that. One other thing I really like your alternative salad It would be nice if they could add some extra brocoli eggs tomatoes and other stuff in them instead of some much lettuce.
