User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsRamsey's was amazing! The staff was so nice and their hot browns were delicious as well as there pie! The waitress also pointed us to some nice destinations to tour in the area.

My parents were in town from NC this past weekend, so my boyfriend and I took them to Ramsey's for dinner. For the most part, we were NOT IMPRESSED. The mac and cheese was pretty good, and my boyfriend's country fried steak wasn't bad. And the cornbread sticks were decent. Other than that, it was a negative experience overall. I got the veggie plate, and the fried okra was awful - probably frozen - but I've had frozen okra from other places that was cooked a lot better - it had no taste at all and needed salt. And do not order the fried green tomatoes - they were sliced way too thin and all I could taste was cornmeal. I've heard Ramsey's is good for breakfast, but I wouldn't recommend going there for dinner.

While visiting my brother in Lexington, he and his girlfriend took me to Ramsey's for dinner one night. I LOVED it! The open faced pot roast dinner was awesome, but the highlight of my visit was the peanut butter brownie pie! It was to die for!
