WE HAD INSIGHT FOR 9 YEARS AND HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED BADLY THE WAY INSIGHT TREATS THEIR CUSTOMERS, THIS COMPANY IS GREEDY AND RUDE , WE HAVE CHOOSEN TO GO WITH WINDSTREAM/DISH NETWORK PACKAGE AND HAVE SAVED SO MUCH , AT LEAST $40 A MONTH, INSIGHT IS NOTHING BUT BAD SERVICE AND RUDE CSR'S!!! BE SMART AND SWITCH TO WINDSTREAM/ DISH NETWORK .... SORRY INSIGHT YOU DID IT TO YOURSELF.........
I have Insightbb with their cable and phone package and pay a total of 81.00 per month. Seems they're a bit quick to disconect your service. I pay a bill and 2 weeks later my service is disconected. I ve not been charged a reconnect fee which is Great!!
Their internet speed is the fastest I ve personally seen but haven't tried the others available in my area. I must give them a good Rating!!!! Can't remember if my installer called before coming out but it was a pleasent experience and their office workers are extremely polite
I strongly agree with the other yahoo users regarding the "Horrid" customer service and scheduling. For some reason their service techs refuse to call ahead before they arrive. I specifically advised the customer service rep to have them call becuase I was not going to be at home, never got the call. I have spent the past 2 days of my time placing multiple phone calls to insight to speak with a manager in a fair effort to get this resolved. Have been waiting 2 days and no call from management. Bottom line, completely unacceptable service.

I've had insight for a few years. I have the phone cable and internet package, If your not too picky about your internet speed I think it would be better to have windstream. It seems that you could save at least 30% with them, Your loss would be the slower internet.
