Peddler's Mall

I purchased an item and was told I would need to pick it up in 24hours... but I couldnt find anyone and since they wont help you load... (the item was a small nightstand) I couldnt lift due to doctors orders. I told them that - so long story short I went to pick up the item and they wanted to charge me 10.00 dollars per day past the 24 hrs...they didnt care that I had no one to help me... plus they had failed to tell me the daily charge ...so they yelled at me ( the customer) that they had told me - in front of my 12 year old son and other customers... I said maybe I shouldnt come back here and they waded up my receipt and threw it and said maybe that is best... I have never been treated so rudely...If I treated my customers that way I would have been fired on the spot...

I recently visited the peddlers mall and purchased several paper back books. When I got home I noticed 5 of the books were not in the bag. I called to report this but it seems no one had any idea how these books got left out of the bags, and mysteriously no one found them laying on the counter. I feel sure that will be my last visit to the Peddler's Mall.
