Brooklyn Pizza

I was excited to hear they had started delivering. However, after a few bad experiences I finally gave up on ordering from the Todd's Rd location.
When you call to place an order you either get a stoner or someone who doesn't speak English that well. It is so frustrating to try to communicate what you want that it is just not worth the hassle. Yeah their food is great, but their customer service is the pits.

Great food, even better service: My wife & I made our first trip to Brooklyn Pizza this past week - after waiting 15 minutes for our carry out pizza we were told they had made the wrong pizza and would make it right.They offered us the pizza they made by mistake, the pizza we ordered PLUS the manager came out, apologized profusely - gave me a card for a free pizza, gave us cokes while we waited and offered us free tiramasu and canelloni. The staff at the Clays Mill location turned what could have been a very unpleasant experience into one which made me feel as if my business was genuinely appreciated. I have been in customer service for over 20 years and was genuinely impressed by the service we received at Brooklyn pizza.We'd go back even if we didn't have the freebie coming. The pizza was delicious! By the way we didn't take the first, incorrect pizza nor the desserts offered and the 12" pizza we bought was more than enough for the two of us and was good re-heated the next day. Try Brooklyn pizza --it's no Joe B's but it beats almost everyone else in town.

The Best Pizza in Town: I was born and raise in NY and Brooklyn Pizza is hands down the closed thing to a New York Pizza that I've tasted. I drive from London, KY (about 65 mile) to get a Brooklyn Pizza to take home. My son loves it too.
