Im not sure if it is because i am from a smaller town where things are more limited but the selection was amazing, i really overdid it at the deli, plus they made me and my husbands sandwhiches there and ahd a salad bar. it was very nice, better than any walmart or regular Kroger I have ever been too. I recommend it!

User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI called and it took forever to answer the phone, finally Tammy answered and she sounded like I had annoyed her for calling. I asked to talk to the manager and I was transfered a couple minutes later only to hear the ringing of the phone in my ear for another excrutating 10 minutes, finally I HUNG UP!
Sorry for the inconvienience! I'll go to WALMART!!!

This is one of the best krogers around. I drive from Covington to this store because of their great selection and customer service. Maybe you should calm down a bit about the phone call places do get busy and have things that sometimes effect how quickly they can get to the phone. They were probally very busy and unable to answer the phone call back or look up the information on the website. The quality of food there is far better than Wal-Mart.
