User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy Favorite By Far: This restaurant has the best food, and service of any restaurant in Middlesboro. It is by far the best Mexican restaurant Ive been in in all the nearby counties. The employees are absolutely delightful. I'd rate it a 10 if you had a 10!

User Rating: 5 out of 5 starswhen you want good food fast!: It's all good at LaEsperanza. If you want to go to a place where the employees are polite, the restaurant is clean, the service is good and the food is great, then this is the place for you. If you are tired and just don't feel like going out, the take out from there is out of this world!! This is a favorite at our house.
