Oasis

My grandson and I were strolling through Frankfort. We were going to eat at Backstretch restaurant, formerly Marshall's, a long time Frankfort traditional, where parts of "Dreamer: Inspired by a True Story (2005)" movie was filmed but it was closed. We wandered onto St. Clair and into Nema's. It was deserted, only us. The owner was the only one there and he served us with grace and humor and cooked and delivered a delicious Nema burger for me and a kid's meal for my grandson which he enjoyed. He favored my grandson with attention and kindness...my grandson is autistic. The decor was very interesting and the owner told me about some of it. Nice place.

Persian and American Food: Excellent Food and Buffet! Service sometimes slow. Unusual decor and atmosphere.

The food is good.: The food is usually very good, however the last time I went I was disappointed with the buffet selection and then when I got the bill for the lunch, I was not happy, especially after the poor service I recieved. Service and prices could be improved.
